It was empty and so sad for several years before someone fixed it up again. That guy is the one who told me about cleaning out the attic. Of course, I had to include that in the story!

Where Treasure Hides is my debut novel. It was published as an ebook by Tyndale in 2013 and the print edition released in August 2015.
Where She Belongs is my second novel (though actually the first one I wrote), and it was published by Revell this past January. It’s the first book in the Misty Willow Series. Book #2 is When Love Arrives. It releases in September. Book #3 doesn’t have a title yet. It releases in May 2017.
The publishers decide what info appears on the cover and before and after the story.

First, thanks so much for letting me know you enjoyed “Where She Belongs.” It’s a very personal story for me because Misty Willow is based on a house I lived in during my teen years. It stood empty (and sad) for several years until someone fixed it up. All kinds of critters had to be removed from the attic so of course I had to include that in the story!
I’m not sure what you mean by writers numbering their books–if you mean all of them or the titles in a series.
