Last week we explored the barn at Green Gables then finally made our way into the house. But we only looked at the downstairs rooms. Today we’re headed upstairs. Which bedroom do you think belonged to Anne and which one belonged to Marilla?
Another upstairs room may have been used for sewing and spinning.
At the end of the upstairs hallway, we descend the back stairs. Here we can go back into the kitchen or outdoors.
Let’s head outside . . . but you’ll have to come back tomorrow for photos of the woods and grounds.

Lucy Maud Montgomery used this house for her Anne of Green Gables stories. She didn’t live here but she knew the family who did. I think the one with the dress hanging on the closet door is supposed to represent Anne’s room.
I would choose the first one with the reddish comforter. I like the vanity in that room. So pretty.
