Classic Christmas Beverage ~ Egg Nog
I love egg nog sprinkled with nutmeg. The store-bought kind, though, can be so thick that I usually dilute it with milk.
At our recent church Christmas party, I had the best egg nog I’ve ever had in my life.
Creamy and foamy and nutmeg-y. Yum!

I love eggnog, too. Don’t think I’ve ever had any homemade, though. 🙂
My mom used to make homemade eggnog and then she quit because she was afraid of raw eggs. But all the recipes I looked at included heating the raw egg mixture so hopefully it’s safe! It was really, really good!
YES. We match again. Egg nog contributes to the entire Christmas festivities.
